How are your phone cases produced?

All of our phone cases are made-to-order, which means we produce each item only after it's been purchased. This sustainable approach eliminates excess inventory and reduces waste. Our cases are crafted by our expert manufacturing partners in Italy, the UK, the United States, and Australia.

Where are your orders shipped from?

We produce in the US, UK, Italy, and Australia through our expert manufacturing partners - whichever is closest to you for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

As our production process begins shortly after orders are placed, we have a limited window for modifications. Please contact our customer service team at info@pebbleandcaramel.com immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

Shipping Information

What are your shipping policies?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, mainland Europe, and Australia. For a detailed list of eligible countries, please check availability at checkout when entering your shipping address.

For all other destinations, applicable shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Non-returnable Items Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for products unless they are defective or the wrong item was received.

European Union 30-day return policy Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@pebbleandcaramel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the defect along with your order number, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
