How are your phone cases produced?
All of our phone cases are made-to-order, which means we produce each item only after it's been purchased. This sustainable approach eliminates excess inventory and reduces waste. Our cases are crafted by our expert manufacturing partners in Italy, the UK, the United States, and Australia.

We produce in the US, UK, Italy, and Australia through our expert manufacturing partners - whichever is closest to you for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Yes — every Pebble & Caramel case is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong within that time, simply reach out and we’ll make it right.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
