Warranty Information
1-Year Limited Warranty
At Pebble & Caramel, every case is designed to be both elegant and enduring. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty applies only to Pebble & Caramel phone cases purchased directly from our official store or authorized retailers.
For customers located in the European Union, the warranty period is two (2) years, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (General Product Safety Regulation – GPSR) and applicable consumer protection laws. You can read more about this on our EU GPSR Compliance page.
What the Warranty Covers
During the one-year period from the date of delivery, Pebble & Caramel will repair or replace, at no charge, any case that proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship. Examples of covered issues may include:
- Cracks, breaks, or separation in the case material under normal use
- Manufacturing flaws or surface defects present upon arrival
- Incorrect model or product shipped due to our error
If an identical model is not available, we may offer a replacement of equal or greater value at our discretion.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty applies to the case only and does not cover any damage, loss, or malfunction of your phone or other device used with the case.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (such as scuffs, scratches, or fading)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemical products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources
Pebble & Caramel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty does not extend to any damage, loss, or malfunction of the phone or any other device used with the case. Pebble & Caramel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@pebbleandcaramel.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement if applicable. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item for inspection.
Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement case free of charge. In situations where the product has been discontinued or is unavailable, a similar model or credit of equivalent value will be provided.
Replacements issued under this warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Pebble & Caramel’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage to devices, data loss, or other indirect costs
- Shipping delays or carrier errors beyond our control
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
EU 2-Year Warranty
All Pebble & Caramel products purchased within the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU consumer law. If your case develops a defect in materials or workmanship within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it — no questions asked.
