As each of our products is uniquely custom-printed upon your order, we do not offer returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction.
100-Day Return Policy
At Pebble & Caramel, each case is made to order — helping us reduce overproduction and create responsibly. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or model selection.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you simply wish to return it within 100 days, just contact us — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund with ease.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or if we have made a mistake with your order, we are here to help correct it swiftly. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@pebbleandcaramel.com with:
Upon receipt of these details, we will work quickly to send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, contact us immediately.
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, please reach out to us. While we cannot accept a return due to the custom nature of our products, we are keen to understand your concerns and will assist in resolving them promptly.
European Union 100 day return policy
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 100 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer will need to pay for the return shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
